WeLaddr operates a social platform where members share Posts, permanent Scenes, temporary Moments, give feedback through rungs, and compare their Ladder progress. This policy explains the information WeLaddr collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Beta waitlist and website
If you join the WeLaddr beta waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the time of signup, the page that generated the signup, and a simple waitlist status. We use that information to manage beta access and send launch or testing updates. The signup form also uses limited anti-spam signals, such as a hidden form field and the time it took to complete the form.
The public website is hosted on Firebase. Hosting providers may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell personal information.
Account and profile information
When you use the WeLaddr app, we collect account identifiers supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your name, verified email address, profile photo, provider identifier, and user ID. We also collect profile details you choose to provide, including a username and broad country or regional comparison group.
Content and activity
We store content and activity you create in WeLaddr, including Posts, photos, videos, Scenes, Moments, comments, rungs, follows, saves, reports, mutes, blocks, and account or support requests. We do not request a city, ZIP code, or precise location for regional rankings.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, publish and rank content, calculate Global, Regional, and Friends comparisons, protect the service, investigate reports, prevent abuse, improve reliability, manage beta access, and provide support. Product analytics are limited to operational and product events and are enabled only when configured.
Sharing and visibility
Your profile, Posts, Scenes, Moments, comments, and aggregate feedback may be visible to other signed-in members according to the audience you choose. Service providers such as Firebase process information for authentication, hosting, storage, database, security, analytics, and server functions. We do not sell personal information or build the business around selling individual user data.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist information is retained while beta access and launch communications are relevant, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Removing a Post or Scene hides its content and removes associated media, comments, saves, and activity. After its ten-minute unrated correction window, the non-content aggregate Ladder result is retained to protect ranking integrity. You can request account deletion from Settings. WeLaddr provides a seven-day cancellation period before the deletion job removes the account, retained Ladder results, and associated user content covered by the deletion workflow. Limited safety, security, transaction, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, remove your own content, manage connected sign-in providers, mute or block members, report content, select your appearance, and request account deletion from the app. To remove your beta-waitlist email, contact us at admin@weladdr.com.
Age and safety
WeLaddr is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to consent to its data practices in your location.
